
Cody Rodden
Cody brings nearly 50 years of experience in the metal building industry. Prior to joining BRS, he spent seven years with dual licensee Alliance Steel, Inc., serving as Component and Architectural Roofing Sales Manager and Vice President of Warranty Services.
Before Alliance Steel, Cody spent 23½ years with Metal Building Components, Inc. (MBCI), where he held leadership roles including Regional Manager for North Texas and Sales Manager for the Oklahoma City market.
While working full time, Cody completed a ten-year night school journey, earning an Associate of Liberal Arts degree from Tarrant County Junior College and a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. During this time, he also served as Sales and Plant Manager for a fiberglass blanket laminator at Mizell Bros. Company.
Cody is actively involved with the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) and serves on several committees. He and his wife, Linda, are proud parents and grandparents to four grandchildren.

Trey Herren
Trey has been with BRS since 2007 and brings more than 25 years of industry experience. Before joining BRS, he worked for Star Building Systems and proudly served for seven years in the Oklahoma National Guard.
Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, Trey graduated from Moore Norman Technology Center. He is a member of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) and serves on the Insurance Fire Related Matters Committee.
Trey brings strong organizational skills and deep industry insight to his role, along with proven leadership. He assists BRS customers with technical questions related to applications, design, and testing. His specialties include AutoCAD, Inventor, and the design and development of new products.
Trey and his wife, Mary, live in Newcastle, Oklahoma. On weekends, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and working on his family’s heritage farm in northern Oklahoma.

Keith Fix, P.E.
Keith brings over three decades of structural engineering experience to BRS, with a focused emphasis on the metal building industry since 2019. He began his engineering career in 1994 after graduating from Northwestern University and later completed a graduate degree from Norwich University in 2008.
After working with engineering consulting firms for more than 15 years, Keith founded his own engineering consulting firm in 2010. He was also a founding member of the Structural Engineering Association of Arkansas. Keith maintains professional engineering licenses in Oklahoma, Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia.
At BRS, Keith’s responsibilities include product development, structural analysis, testing, certification, and technical support. He also leads forensic assessments, quality assurance for licensees, and participates in building code and metal building industry associations. Keith supports technology transfer, sales and third-party technical support, and ongoing product improvement and innovation.
Outside of work, Keith is a husband, father, and grandfather who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and family

Ted Neyer
Ted plays an active role in operational product and project management, business analysis, leadership development, strategic financial planning, and inside sales support. Mr. Neyer also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
Over the course of a 34-year career in the high-technology electronics industry, including the last 22 years in supercomputing as a senior operations manager with Tera, Cray Inc., and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Ted has developed deep expertise in business analysis, product and project management, financial costing, team building, and leadership development.

Xylia Ramirez
Xylia brings a strong background in office administration, operations support, and customer service. Her experience includes work with Silvergate Construction, a family-owned homebuilding business where she developed a strong work ethic, as well as office management roles with Grace Contracting and Don Schimmels Electric in Edmond, Oklahoma.
She graduated from Deer Creek High School in Edmond, Oklahoma, and also attended Francis Tuttle Technology Center, where she earned her State of Oklahoma Cosmetology license.
Xylia grew up in the Moore and Edmond, Oklahoma, area and married Jesse Ramirez in 2009. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing disc golf and softball, traveling, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs after having lived in Kansas City for several years.
